As part of this transition, Deepak Madabushi has been appointed interim CEO. Deepak brings nearly 20 years of experience leading large-scale fulfillment and distribution operations at companies including Veho, Starbucks, and Jet.com. He also served as Fidus’s VP of Operations in its early days, giving him a deep understanding of our business, our customers, and the challenges we’re solving.
The experienced leadership team remains aligned and in place, and operations continue without disruption across all customer engagements and partnerships.
This change reflects Fidus’s progression from early-stage innovation to a growth phase rooted in operational discipline and scalable delivery.
